Triversity, Urban Sites partner for $33.4 million development in OTR

Triversity is proud to partner with Urban Sites on The Lockhart, a 33.4 million mixed-used development in Over-the-Rhine.

The result will include 116 new mixed-income residential units, two commercial spaces, on-site parking, and green space. The development will reconnect four historic buildings with new construction serving as a connector to complete the southeast corner of Walnut and Liberty streets. Construction is slated to begin in the summer of 2025.
