Triversity awarded 2023 CLIMB Award for Community Impact
Over the last 6 years, the Cincinnati Business Courier and Cincinnati Regional Chamber have celebrated and spotlighted numerous individuals who have pushed towards new, innovative ways to support inclusive and diverse strategies. This year, over 10 organizations were recognized for their inclusive efforts with Triversity being one of them. Triversity was awarded the Community Impact Award by the Cincinnati Regional Chamber and the Minority Business Accelerator.
Making a Positive Impact on our Community
One of our core values at Triversity is making a positive impact. We push to deliver positive results for the neighborhoods we work, live and serve in. One the of the ways in which we engage our community is through volunteering efforts. Triversity supports more than 20 community organizations throughout the year. In 2022, we held our inaugural Community Impact Week where we chose several organizations to donate time, resources, and give financially. Organizations that we've partnered with include Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati, La Soupe, Scholar House, Hoxworth Blood Center, and many more.
In addition to our community outreach, we are also intentional about working with diverse subcontractors and suppliers our on projects. Specifically, when we moved to our new headquarters in Walnuts Hills, we pushed for strong inclusion numbers to engage a diverse workforce. While our minimum goal on all Triversity projects is 30%, we set the goal of 50% on our office and actually delivered 63%.
