The Rye Apartments

The Rye is a 7-story historic, concrete and brick apartment building located in the Central Business District of downtown Cincinnati. The scope of work involved the creation of 35 1-bedroom apartments including build out of walls, flooring, layouts, built-ins, and design work. The Rye also includes a ground floor kitchen/recreational area, mailroom, and on-site facilities office. Additional amenities include basement tenant storage, bike storage, a fitness center, and a dog-washing station.
