The Annie

Triversity Construction, 3CDC, and City Studio Architecture teamed up for another transformational mixed-use project in the heart of Over-the-Rhine (OTR). The Annie, located at 210-218 W 12th Street, included the renovation of 4 historical buildings into 29 mixed-income apartments and 2,600 square feet of commercial space located on the ground floor. The apartment breakdown includes 6 studio apartments, 15 one-bedroom apartments, and 8 two-bedroom apartments. Of these units, 9 were designated as affordable housing, catering to individuals or families earning between 60% and 80% of the area median income.
