Over-the-Rhine Community Housing

Over-the-Rhine Community Housing (OTRCH) is a non-profit community development organization that provides a wide spectrum of affordable and supportive housing options with life-changing programs that help low-income residents in Over-the-Rhine succeed. OTRCH was in need of a larger office and service space that would increase their impact and expand their capabilities.

Located adjacent to Washington Park, this small but logistically complex project for OTRCH required significant preconstruction planning. Triversity was hired in a design-assist role to ensure the schedule and budget remained intact throughout the project duration. When completed, this project will include hybrid foundation systems, 4 floors of wood framed structure and a masonry façade to match the existing historic structure.
