Meiner's Corner

This complex project consisted of three historic buildings separated by an active, urban street. Triversity’s involvement with the project preceded the start of design. The developer looked to our team to expedite the pre-construction efforts by providing constructability and budget reviews through design to ensure the project budget stayed on track. Meiner’s Corner included restoration of the historic facades and architectural details throughout the building. Considerable structural work stabilized the failing buildings and accommodated new elevator shafts that did not exist prior to construction in the buildings.
