LoVe Nightclub

LoVe Nightclub was a special project for Triversity and Triversity Craft Force (TCF) as it was our pilot project for our general contracting business model.

Triversity’s work consisted of a full build out in an existing commercial space to include a high-end finished bar, custom seating, and DJ booth. Triversity partnered with the project team to design-build all mechanical, electrical and plumbing in the space. On a quick 6-month schedule, Triversity was able to stay on schedule, meet the high-quality standards of the high-end finishes, and achieve 40% inclusion on the diversity spend.
