Fifth Third Bank Mulberry Square

Triversity constructed a new Fifth Third Bank retail branch located in the Mulberry Square shopping center in Milford, Ohio. Scope of work for the new facility included demolition of an existing restaurant and construction of a new steel building with structural metal studs. The branch includes a modern layout of lobby and seating areas, open-concept customer service areas, office spaces, and a kitchenette area for employees. Design features include high-end finishes, contemporary lighting, and dynamic AV technology through-out the space. In addition to the interior features, this branch includes 3 drive-thru bays and one ATM for mobile banking capabilities.
