Scope of work at Duke Energy in Little Miami included the demolition of existing office space, locker rooms and restrooms; furnishing and installation of new ADA ramp, entry vestibule, new locker room, café, office space, training rooms and crew space, renovate the garage; new drywall, ceilings, flooring, furniture, and mechanical equipment.
