Biscuit Love

Biscuit Love, a well-known brunch destination in Nashville, launched its first Ohio location at 1602 Pleasant Street in Cincinnati Center City Development Corp’s (3CDC) $51 million Willkommen mixed-use development.

Triversity Craft Force (TCF), serving as the general contractor for the project, completed a full design build of the space including specific modifications to the exterior storefront and city sidewalks, and coordinated with the city to integrate into the historical OTR district. TCF facilitated the design and construction into a 3,151 sq. ft. commercial white box space located beneath occupied residential apartments in Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine district.
