TriVersity Honored with JLL Supplier of Distinction Award

TriVersity was recently honored with the Supplier of Distinction Award (SODA) from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) for the construction management services it provides at all of the Procter and Gamble regional campuses. The company was recognized as the most cost effective supplier in the region with an industry-best safety program. They were also commended for their ability to be flexible and nimble as project work and spend dictates. TriVersity was recognized in a ceremony at JLL’s Annual Management Training Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona in April.

SODA LOGOThe SODA program was created by JLL to recognize its partners and industry leaders for helping to deliver the highest caliber of service, value, and innovation to its clients. JLL’s Strategic Sourcing Board, through a comprehensive evaluation process, selected the award recipients from a pool of a hundred supplier partners. The award winners provided service delivery on integrated facilities management-based client accounts within multi-regional geographies.

“P&G is a beneficiary of their [TriVersity] cost effectiveness while their safety program benefits everyone that comes into contact with their projects: P&G employees, JLL employees, Triversity employees, and Triversity subcontract employees,” said Dan Everson, JLL NA Regional Sourcing Lead – Corporate Solutions.

TriVersity is among the 10 largest commercial builders in the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana tristate region offering construction management, general contracting and design build services. The company portfolio spans the industry and is fueled by a diverse and empowered team of professionals who strive to create vibrant communities.
