TriVersity Craft Force (TCF)

Overview

TriVersity Craft Force (TCF) is the skilled labor division of TriVersity Construction. This division includes trade work in the areas of:

  • Carpentry
  • Insulation
  • Drywall
  • Acoustic ceilings
  • Doors/hardware
  • Millwork installation

TCF also performs general requirements work necessary to support safety and other typically required carpentry/labor needs during construction.

Leadership

Skip Tillar - Division Manager is responsible for business development, estimating new work and managing day-to-day operation

Skip Tillar, division manager is responsible for business development, estimating new work and managing day-to-day operations of TCF. Skip holds a B.S. in construction management and has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. His has vast experience with all drywall systems and many different areas of construction including design/build, lean construction, laboratory and healthcare construction. He is an active member of Allied Construction Industries (ACI) and Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC). He also finds time to be involved with Junior Achievement.

Cummins, Bill -Gneral Superintendent, manages all craft field operations and day–to-day operations

 

Bill Cummins, general superintendent, manages all craft field operations and day–to-day operations at TCF. He has nearly 40 years’ experience in construction including all drywall systems, lean construction, laboratory and healthcare construction. Bill has provided drywall packages for high profile projects such as Xavier University’s Cintas Center and the Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg. In addition, Bill has worked with high profile clients such as P&G and Duke Energy.
