Services & Building Process

TriVersity’s approach to projects is simple. We enable teams to deliver on our promise of an outstanding customer experience.

We recognize each project can have a number of customers. To satisfy all of them, we focus on their individual goals, objectives and needs — including the buyer of the construction services, the end user of the construction outcomes and the users who are occupying nearby space during construction.

Our teams are equipped with industry leading processes and cutting edge technology to improve safety, quality and schedule. For example, the TriVersity metric-driven approach to safety is proactive and aims to eliminate possible safety issues before they occur. TriVersity Craft Force (TCF), our skilled labor division, will provide real time benefits and positively impact our customer’s bottom line. From pre-construction through project close out, our approach is supported by our culture of “building a better way.”

Pre-construction Services

Pre-construction services are the platform from which all successful projects begin. We invest in working with our customers as early in the process as possible. Our pre-construction expertise helps eliminate wasted steps and helps our customers better understand the project from constructability to cash flow. We offer the full complement of pre-construction services including:

  • Program budgeting
  • Estimating and bidding
  • Scheduling (program and construction)
  • Constructability reviews
  • Financial planning
  • Inclusion and diversity planning
  • Value engineering
  • Site logistics planning
  • Craft force prequalification
  • Equipment and materials procurement
  • Permit expediting

TriVersity Craft Force (TCF)

TriVersity Craft Force (TCF) is the skilled labor division of TriVersity Construction. This division includes trade work in the areas of:

  • Carpentry
  • Insulation
  • Drywall
  • Acoustic ceilings
  • Doors/hardware
  • Millwork installation

TCF also performs general requirements work necessary to support safety and other typically required carpentry/labor needs during construction.

Project Execution and Initiatives

TriVersity’s customers invest in us because of our proven track record for execution. Our mission is to completely understand the customer and project objectives and create an approach to execute to achieve those objectives. TriVersity is constantly looking for better methods and processes to add more value to the construction process.

For example, we continue to invest in field management technology designed to keep our construction managers closer to the work and support subcontractors in delivering construction outcomes safely and with high quality. From the way we procure the various elements of the project to how we communicate to the customer, every part is an important element of execution:

  • Project procurement
  • Corporate and site specific safety programming
  • Project management system technology
  • Lean management
  • Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Inclusion and diversity plan implementation and monitoring
  • Field Management Technology (FMT)
  • Craft force services
  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
  • Close out and “Voice of the Customer” survey

Every part can enhance or detract from the customer experience, which is why we are committed to finding increasingly better ways to deliver value to our customers. A major part of our “building a better way” is to invest in the tools and techniques that enable our construction teams to consistently deliver expected outcomes on time and on budget. We have access to the best technology in the construction industry and utilize the best processes as well. We never stop investigating new technology and new approaches that may improve our capabilities.
