TriVersity Construction Careers:
This position will be responsible for establishing project objectives and policies and maintaining liaisons with prime client contracts. Candidates will also monitor construction and financial activities of multiple simultaneous projects of various sizes through on-site project managers.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
- All aspects of industry standards and trends
- Building and maintaining successful customer relationships
- Leading, developing, and motivating a team/staff at a variety of skill levels and experience
- Achieving maximum profitability across a broad spectrum of project types and sizes, while maintaining a high level of risk management and safety standards.
This position requires an industry related degree and a minimum of 15 years of commensurate experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and construction project management and scheduling software is a must. Additionally, the qualified candidate will have experience participating in sales preparation, proposal meetings, and networking events.
