Project Accounting Assistant

This position will be responsible for working collaboratively with the operations leaders and project accounting staff to provide bookkeeping and administrative support.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Billing preparation
  • Entering, updating, and/or retrieving accounting data from automated systems

This position requires a related degree or a minimum of two years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel is a must; a working knowledge of industry related software and accounting principles/functions is a plus. Ability to appropriately prioritize work in a fast paced environment and ability to work with minimum supervision is required.
