TriVersity Construction Careers:
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining all accounting for a project, preparing budgets, processing invoices, maintaining general ledgers, and accounting reconciliations.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
- Adhering to standard workflows/processes and working within existing accounting structure
- Accurately completing project accounting tasks and reporting in a timely manner
- Working closely with project managers and/or department heads to manage project budgets
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of monthly reviews/analysis of submitted reports such as job cost review, cash flow, over and under billings, aged receivables and quarterly reports.
This position requires an industry related degree and a minimum of five years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel is a must, along with accounting industry software; working knowledge of construction industry related software is a plus. Experience coordinating the processing of subcontractor/vendor invoices and applications based on contractual guidelines is a plus.
