Estimating Manager

This position will be responsible for portions of pre-construction planning, estimating, risk analysis and bid assembly.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

  • Lump sum bid process including risk assessment, quantity surveying, self-performance pricing, scheduling, bid solicitation, subcontractor scope coordination, and final bid assembly
  • Performing schematic, design development and construction document estimates including budgeting all scopes of work, value analysis or current design, communication with and presentation to owner and design team
  • Coordinating with construction operations and MEP estimators

This position requires an industry related degree and a minimum of 5-10 years of commensurate experience (a minimum of three years of construction and/or estimating experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and construction project management and scheduling software is a must. Must also have demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and accurate.
